• Remove lower leaves, give the stems a fresh cut, and place in cool water for 1 hour BEFORE unwrapping.  This will prevent the flowers from slumping over by allowing them to rehydrate while upright.
• After an hour, remove the wrapping.
• If necessary, remove guard petals on roses, which may have spots or bruising.
• Some flowers come closed and need to 'bloom', therefore they need a lot of elbow room, so no crowding! If tight set them outside in warm weather for a few hours or use a hairdryer (heat OFF, cool setting only) to push the petals open.

When substitutions happen, we carefully choose alternatives that align with the color palette, style, and value of your original selection. Our goal is always to stay true to the spirit of your arrangement, even if the exact ingredients vary.

For premade arrangements: In the rare case of shipping delays or lost items, we won’t be able to resend premade bouquets but will provide flowers for you to arrange.
