Wanted:
Order Management Specialist
who isn’t afraid to talk on the dang phone

This isn’t a millennial spa, boo. This is a scrappy, screaming-fast DIY flower company that busts it everyday for couples who are excited, giddy, wedding-week stressed, and likely constipated.

We sell beautiful flowers for couples on a budget, which means going balls-deep into work every day. I want someone MOTIVATED and ENTHUSIASTIC! You have to work QUICKLY and with PRECISION!

If you think this is going to be like that one time JLO was a wedding planner, keep scrolling.
If you want to see how one girl started a company at her sad kitchen table and grew it into a Forbes 'Businesses to Watch', COME AT US!

The Job: Submit orders to the appropriate vendor; learn flower and greenery types in order to suggest substitutes when needed; take swift action when there's an issue with an order (shipment delay, flowers compromised in transit); understand shipping logistics, receive, and make phone calls to customers and vendors; calm the nerves of stressed-out brides when an issue arises. The position is 85% email-based and 15% phone.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Quick learner or willing to study it up!
  • Ability to communicate clearly.
  • Enthusiasm
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Multi-task like a Starbucks barista

Location:

  • In-Person, NW Oklahoma City.

Personality Traits Needed:

  • Enthusiasm and positive energy a must! Couples are excited, and sometimes slightly nervous about DIY'ing their blooms. Your job is not only to provide your expert experience and opinion but also to make the experience fun.
  • Calm-as-a-cucumber and not easily rattled. Sometimes FedEx sh*ts the bed and brides get max stressed, so talking them down off the ledge will be part of your job description. It's not every day, and the flowers will be fine, but wedding week makes for big feelings.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate. While gushing about blooms is fun, it's highly important to be PRESISE when adjusting orders, shipping addresses, and dates.

Compensation:

  • Starts at $35-42k plus medical, PTO, and after one year 401k matching.
