What's the latest I can order flowers?
You can order flowers from our Quick Ship selection the week before your event. The very last day to order is the Wednesday the week before your event, at midnight.
For example: Your event is Saturday, October 24th. To place an order for quick ship, the deadline would be midnight CST on Wednesday, October 14th.
What if some of my order is quick ship and some is not?
In order to chose delivery dates for Quick Ship flowers, you must ONLY have quick ship flowers in your cart. If you have even one product that is not quick ship, you will only be able to choose dates that are 1 week later than Quick Ship.
How do substitutions work?
Because the Quick Ship timeline is narrow, there is a slightly greater chance of subs as compared to our regular delivery times. That said, there is always a chance of substitutions with ANY flowers, resulting in subs. The chance here is only slightly elevated.
How are quick ship flowers different from a regular order?
Our standard order deadline is 2 weeks out from your event. With Quick Ship, you can place your order only 1 week before your event!
Are there any expedited fees for quick ship orders?
Nope! We've worked tirelessly with our farms to find the very best flowers for you while accommodating a tight timeline. We want you to have the most beautiful flowers without any added fees because we love you.
