Red and Green Photinia Greenery

Pros: Shiny leaves with rich red tones—great for drama and structure.

Cons: Not great out of water, if wilted, use the boiling water trick and it will perk up. Hot water helps push out trapped air in woody stems and encourages faster water uptake after shipping stress. It also softens the stem tissue slightly, allowing hydration to travel up to the foliage more efficiently. This step can dramatically reduce wilting. (Yes, it feels wrong the first time. Yes, it works.)

Photinia is a  'Greenery'.  Based on our design suggestions and this greenery's specific bunch size, here is our quantity recommendation:

• Bridal Bouquet:  3-4 stems
• Maids: 2-3 stems
• Bouts:  Sprigs
• Corsages:  Sprigs
• Centerpieces: 5-7 stems
• Large Arrangements:  12-20 stems

Flower Moxie reserves the right to make changes or substitutions.  All substitutions are only done as a last resort, and only when the reasons for doing so are reasonable and genuine.  For example, if a flower becomes unavailable (off-crop),  incorrect color, or not in good condition to grace a wedding function we will substitute a flower that has a similar color and price-point.
