Flower care:
- Hydrate immediately upon arrival in 2–3 inches of very hot water.
- Give stems space—avoid overcrowding in buckets.
- Dahlias are extremely sensitive to heat (warm rooms, direct sunlight, etc.), dehydration, and rough handling, so keep cool and handle gently.

After extensive testing, we’ve reintroduced dahlias, shipping them directly from the farm for maximum freshness. While they are a highly delicate flower with a standard loss rate of up to 30%, we’re confident in their quality when handled with proper care.

The Bad: Very short vase life and bruises easily—true divas. Not suitable for summer months without reliable refrigeration. Flower heads are side-facing (similar to sunflowers), which can make placement and overall design balance more challenging.
Dahlias are considered an 'Accent Flower'. Based on our design ratio suggestions here's our recommended quantity suggestion:
