Flower care:
- Give the stems a fresh cut, and place in cool water.
The Good: Very predictable and hardy with long vase-life! Easy to work with and a great price!
The Bad: Not many negatives. Sometime, a few heads of the blooms will break off but that is normal. Does have a light fragrance so not great for people with sensitive allergies towards flowers. The Orinoco has a bright yellow center that is sometimes visible. You can spray it with Design Master to conceal.
Daisies, poms, and cushion flowers are a Filler Flower. Based on our design suggestions here's our recommended quantities:
- Bridal Bouquet: 1/2 bunch
- Maids: 1/3 bunch
- Bouts: 1-2 buds
- Corsages: 1-3 buds
- Centerpieces: 1/3 bunch
- Large Arrangements: 1-2 bunches

For example, if a flower becomes unavailable (off-crop), incorrect color, or not in good condition to grace a wedding function we will substitute a flower that has a similar color and price-point.
