Sunshine After The Rain

On March third, 2021 there had been thunderstorms all day. Then suddenly, at around 4:45 the rain just stopped.
For our couple Ashley and Tyler, it felt miraculous. The last three months leading up to the wedding, Ashley was in military training. She is a pilot for the United States Coast Guard, and the couple had to move across the country immediately following the wedding.
All this stress on top of a wedding just didn't seem fair, but the couple persevered. And in the end, the sun shone on their special day. Ashley said on the morning of the wedding "all the stress just melted away".
“It was truly a family affair” said Ashley in our interview.
"My oldest friend came to do my hair. I got to get ready with my friends from college and high school I had not seen in years and my mom and grandmothers. My now-husband and I exchanged gifts and our personal vows to one another during our first look."
The couple even stuck with their personal motif throughout the decor!
"We used a lot of family heirlooms to decorate with including family china and pieces of my mom's wedding dress." Said Ashley "My father-in-law and his wife Lisa made our Centerpieces. Lisa also made our cakes!"
Ashley and Tyler got to celebrate their love in the sunshine, and we couldn't be happier. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs Meyer!
