Definition

By choosing to be a part of the Flower Moxie Affiliate program, participants will either be a bride/groom working towards flowers for their wedding (defined as an Influencer), or a vendor/wedding professional who is earning commission (defined as a Partner).

Nature of Partnership

Upon acceptance into the Flower Moxie Affiliate program, affiliates will receive a discount code specific to them. They will then share this $25 discount code with their followers/clients to use on fresh flower orders.  For each sale made with the Affiliates’ personal code, they will receive either (1) money towards their own flowers or (2) earn a commission.

Application and Acceptance into Program

> What are the requirements to apply?

All applicants will be accepted. Flower Moxie does not discriminate in the accepting of affiliates and all interested parties will receive equal opportunity to be rewarded through the program.

> When does someone become notified about their acceptance?

Upon acceptance, Affiliates will receive a welcome email after agreeing to the Affiliate Terms and Conditions, and submitting a completed application.

> How is the agreement finalized?

The agreement is finalized upon receipt of the completed Affiliate application.

How the Affiliate Program Works

> For Influencers( Brides/Grooms Working Towards their Wedding Flowers):

• Discounted Custom Design: Upon joining the program, Affiliates will have the opportunity to receive a discounted or free Custom Design Consultation. During the one-on-one phone consultation with a professional florist, Affiliates will receive a custom moodboard, flower cart, and recipes just for them. Social Media promotion of process is mandatory. How it works: you'll purchase your custom design, post about it on Instagram Reels or TikTok, email the URL link(s) of your social media post to affiliate [at] flowermoxie.com, and Flower Moxie will refund up to $35 for the design. You must post about your custom design as an Instagram Reel, or on TikTok, within 30 days of receiving your design to receive your refund.
• Deeply Discounted Sample Order: To help our Affiliates succeed, Flower Moxie understands that continual content is important. Flower Moxie will provide a 40% discount on sample orders under $350 with the generation of 3 content posts. This discount will be refunded to the Affiliate after the posting of 3 social media posts pertaining to the sample order. To receive the refund, the Affiliate must submit to Flower Moxie the 3 unique URL links to each of the individual posts. Upon receipt and acceptance of the URL codes by Flower Moxie, the Affiliate will be refunded 40% of their sample order to the original form of payment.  The Affiliate is responsible for notifying Flower Moxie of the 3 social media posts via email. Only upon submission of the 3 URL links to posted content will Flower Moxie issue a partial refund of the sample order. Links may be sent to affiliate@flowermoxie.com. Please include your name and sample order number in the email subject line.
• Wedding flowers:  Affiliates will pay for their wedding flowers in full.  Recompense will be determined by how often your code is used. If your code  is used 3-4 times, Flower Moxie will refund $1,000 worth of  flowers.  If personal code is used 5+ times, Flower Moxie will refund $1,500 worth of flowers. After an affiliate has reached the max amount of $1,500 of flowers, affiliate may continue to earn a 5% commission for future sales with continued promotion.

> Partners (wedding professionals/vendors):

• Partner Affiliates are wedding professionals or vendors who operate within the wedding industry.  They will be receiving commission based on sales generated from their personal discount code. Partners will receive a code giving clients a $25 dollar discount off of orders $350 or more. (Minimum order value must be at least $350 after the discount has been applied.)  For each sale made with the Affiliates’ code, they will receive a commission from the sale. Partners' commission will be on a sliding scale. Commission will increase as sales increase with a cap of 7% commission of sales.
• 3 sales = 3%, 5 sales = 5%, 15 sales = 7%
• Partner affiliates will receive a 25% flat discount for their sample orders; sample order totals must be under $350.
  

Non-exclusivity clause

Flower Moxie is not limited to only working with the individual Affiliate and the Affiliate is still free to promote other businesses and products.

Responsibilities of the Parties Involved

Affiliates will be responsible for promoting their personal discount code on social media to garner sales.  

> Responsibilities of the Business

Flower Moxie will provide a media kit for Affiliates to utilize if needed for posting.  Media kit will reflect Flower Moxie’s brand identity including logos. Flower Moxie will then pay Affiliates on a monthly basis based on sales generated.

Commission and Payment

> For Influencers (Brides/Grooms Working Towards Wedding Flowers):

Influencers will receive $1,000 worth of flowers for their wedding with 3-4  sales generated by personal code. Influencers will receive $1,500 worth of flowers for their wedding with 5 sales generated by personal code. After achieving the max $1,500 of flowers, Influencers may continue to earn a 5% commission based on future sales generated with Influencer's code. Influencers will be alerted to sales on the first Monday of each month. After $1,500 worth of flowers has been reached, Influencers will receive their payments on the first Monday of each month.

Payout Schedule: Influencers will receive their payments on the first Monday of each month.

> For Partners (Wedding Vendors/Professionals):

Partners will be working towards commission-based sales on a sliding scale.  Partners will receive a 3% commission for 1-4 sales generated with use of discount code. A 5% commission will be generated for 5-6 sales with the use of discount code. For 7+ sales, affiliates will earn a 7% commission. 

Payout Schedule: Partners will be paid on the first Monday of every month based on sales generated by their discount code.

Link Promotion Terms

Including but not limited to:

> What the Affiliate can and cannot do to promote the Affiliate link

Affiliates may not promote Flower Moxie in association with any hate group or hate speech.

> Where the Affiliate link can and cannot be displayed

Affiliate discount codes cannot appear on any discount code sites. The result of this will be the termination of the contract between the Affiliate and Flower Moxie

> What counts as a misuse of the Affiliate link

Any kind of use of the Affiliate link that is in any way tied to a hate group or hate speech. Posting of the link on any promotional or coupon site will automatically nullify the Affiliate partnership between said Affiliate and Flower Moxie.

Brand Promotion Terms

Including but not limited to:

> Intellectual property guidelines: What logo, slogans etc. are the property of your brand?

All logos and assets provided in the Media Kit are the property of Flower Moxie.

Flower Moxie maintains the right to use any and all images and content created by the Affiliate when created to promote Flower Moxie. Flower Moxie has the right to use this content on any and all social media platforms, flowermoxie.com, diyflowersupply.com, or anywhere else deemed appropriate by Flower Moxie. 

Affiliate Tracking

> How will the Affiliate's activity be tracked?

We will track the unique code provided to you upon approval of acceptance into Flower Moxie’s Affiliate program. Purchasers must use the unique code at the time of checkout in order for the influencer or partner to receive credit for the sale. Flower Moxie will not apply a discount code retroactively to an order.

Termination or Suspension

> How long does your affiliate marketing agreement last?

• Affiliates are encouraged to continue promoting Flower Moxie for as long as they desire provided they remain compliant with all Affiliate requirements.  Flower Moxie hopes to foster successful partnerships with our Affiliates resulting in a profitable relationship for both parties.

> Under what circumstances would the contract be prematurely terminated?

• Affiliate partnerships will be terminated in the event an Affiliates personal code is found on a discount site.

> What happens when there are changes to the Affiliate agreement?

• Affiliates will be alerted to any changes within the Affiliate program through email. They will have the opportunity to review the changes to the program and then respond as to whether they would like to continue with the program.

Legal Stipulations

> Requirements for compliance with FTC endorsement guidelines

• Affiliates must be compliant with all FTC endorsement guidelines. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to review all current compliance guidelines. Flower Moxie will not be liable for any changes made by the FTC compliance requirements. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to stay current with FTC regulations.
